i'm a yoga teacher, a surfer, and a traveller. not always in that order.
i feel most like myself with salt in my hair, bare feet on the earth, and a day that doesn't need too much of a plan.
waves & within is where i bring it all together. small-group adventures, movement that feels good, and stories from the road — the beautiful bits and the messy ones, too.
i'm not here to show you a perfect life. just a little more of a real one.
